Abstract generation in progress

The European fund manager APS, with assets of over 13.7 billion USD, has just become the first institutional investor to directly purchase tokenized real estate through the blockchain platform MetaWealth.

Specifically, APS invested 3 million euros ( equivalent to 3.4 million USD) in tokenized bonds linked to two residential projects in Rome: Fo.Ro Living and Porta Pamphili. Each project received 1.5 million euros, a type of asset that retail investors can access.

Transactions are recorded and executed on the blockchain, enhancing transparency and programmability of cash flow. APS representatives believe tokenization is a turning point in investment, providing high liquidity and a more efficient trading process.
