BlockBeats news, on August 4, WEEX announced that it has completed the routine destruction of the platform token WEEX Token (WXT) for the second quarter of 2025, with a total destruction of 60,509,555 WXT, valued at 1,873,436 USD (calculated based on the market price on the day of destruction). As of now, a total of 3 rounds of destruction have been conducted for WXT, with a cumulative destruction amount of 4,124,203,823 WXT. After this destruction, the total supply of WXT is 5,875,796,177 WXT. Meanwhile, WEEX has launched a million WXT airdrop rewards event: during the period (8/1 0:00 - 8/5 23:59 UTC+8), if the WXT holdings are maintained at ≥ 5,000 coins, users can receive an airdrop of 50 WXT.
