President Donald Trump clarified on Truth Social that his planned Crypto Assets strategic reserve will also include BTC and Ethereum, the two largest Crypto Assets by market value, "at the core of the reserve."
"Trump wrote: "I also like BTC and Ethereum."
This clarification comes after a post by Trump on Sunday morning, instructing his Presidential Crypto Assets working group to "move forward" to establish a "Cryptocurrency strategic reserve" holding Cardano, XRP, and Solana. Following the announcement, the prices of all three Crypto Assets surged significantly.
