SEC Chair Details Project Crypto, Fed Relaxes Crypto Banking Supervision: These Coins Will Benefi...

While crypto prices struggled on Friday due to the broader macroeconomic outlook, the industry secured two major wins on the regulatory front

SEC Chair Paul Atkins laid out his vision for Project Crypto in an interview with Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo, reaffirming the agency’s commitment to President Trump’s goal of making the U.S. the global crypto capital.

Atkins emphasized that every division of the SEC has been mobilized to implement the roadmap laid out in the recent President’s Working Group report.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Federal Reserve has announced the termination of its Novel Activities Supervision Program, opting instead to oversee crypto and fintech operations at banks through its standard supervisory framework

The move is part of a broader shift toward deregulating the crypto sector, which could attract considerable institutional participation and help extend the current bull cycle.

Bitcoin and Ethereum continue to be two of the biggest beneficiaries of the US government and the Fed’s pro-crypto stance. However, Wall Street adoption, the rise of tokenization and real-world asset (RWA) projects, and the broader deregulatory push are also expected to boost mid-cap and low-cap altcoins, with many of them still offering attractive upside potential

Best Cryptos To Buy To Profit From SEC’s Project Crypto

SEC Chair Paul Atkins’s Project Crypto address, delivered at the America First Policy Institute, was touted by many as “the most bullish speech” by a US government official in years

Gone are the days of Gensler-era regulation by enforcement. Instead, the Commission is now actively promoting innovation and reshoring crypto business, super-apps and tokenization of the US stock market

The plan focuses on providing regulatory clarity by defining whether a token is a security, commodity, stablecoin, or other digital asset

It modernizes rules for distributions, custody, and trading, introducing tailored disclosures, safe harbours, and exemptions for activities like ICOs and airdrops

Project Crypto also encourages the development of “super-apps” that can offer trading, staking, and lending under a single license, while integrating on-chain systems and tokenized securities into U.S. markets

By aligning with the President’s Working Group recommendations, the SEC aims to reshore innovation, attract crypto firms back to the US, foster a pro-growth regulatory environment and even make private equity accessible to retail investors

The rapidly growing Wall Street adoption is extremely beneficial for Ethereum. However, the SEC’s tokenization push could also benefit altcoins like Chainlink, Ondo, Injective and Sei. These mid-cap coins also offer significantly better risk-reward ratios.

Ondo, Injective and Sei continue to position themselves as the best Layer-1 coin to invest in. On the other hand, Chainlink’s cutting-edge oracle technology has made it indispensable for any successful RWA or tokenization project, positioning $LINK as one of the best cryptos to buy now

Why Low-Caps Like Bitcoin Hyper Could Offer 100x Returns?

The SEC is pushing for innovation in the crypto sector, and the new prominent Bitcoin Layer-2 chain aims to do just that

Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) aims to bring the programmability, scalability and performance of modern blockchains to Bitcoin, without compromising its fundamentals.

It doesn’t reinvent the wheel either. Instead, it uses the cutting-edge Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) and zero-knowledge technology to tackle Bitcoin’s inherent low throughput and flexibility limitations

The SVM integration enables developers to deploy high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) on Bitcoin Hyper with near-instant finality and low fees, while zero-knowledge proofs ensure privacy, scalability, and verifiable computation

This architecture allows Bitcoin to support complex smart contracts, cross-chain interoperability, and DeFi protocols without bloating its base layer. By keeping computation off-chain and settling only final states on Bitcoin, HYPER maintains the network’s security and decentralization while unlocking modern blockchain capabilities.

Unsurprisingly, prominent experts are bullish on Bitcoin Hyper’s upside potential, especially considering that top Layer-2 projects often reach multibillion-dollar valuations.

The HYPER presale has already raised nearly $10 million in short order, with whales and smart money investors among its early buyers. Just this week, a whale swapped 35 ETH for HYPER, investing over $150k into the coin

With such robust whale demand, it isn’t surprising that many seasoned traders are eyeing 100x returns from Bitcoin Hyper
