I made a very bold decision to give up my comfortable life in Shanghai, chose to leave my hometown and came to Chengdu, and formed my own small team.

I gathered a few friends from all over the world whom I had never met in person to Chengdu, which is the team collaboration model we enjoy.

From the decision to go to Chengdu, then starting to gather friends, and finally renting a house in Chengdu until today, it took two weeks. There was no impulse, nor too much careful consideration. I am a person of strong execution, and when I have an idea, I just go for it.

I have been in Chengdu for a whole week now. The people here are very friendly, and I've felt the temptation of Chengdu's delicious food, as well as the particularly pleasant Sichuan dialect. I wonder if I will grow to like this place so much in half a year or a year that I won't want to leave.
