I see so many small accounts ranting about the current state of web3

yes as a small account, you have every right to be pissed due to the recent influx of big web2 accounts

I mean you’re barely scraping by to gain yaps and these guys are taking your monthly accumulated mindshare with a single tweet

tbh your fears and concern are valid

but don’t panic nor fret

web3 is for everyone and that’s valid too

I mean you were also onboarded by someone

and if you were a big account you’d use your platform too

so it doesn’t matter if they’re big accounts

the truth is they put in the work to get where they are

and they’ll use that advantage to gain an edge in the space

that’s the reality of the social media space

but as always, there’s gonna be a top for every meta

a hard reset that’ll put everyone where they belong

and from experience, periods where big web2 folks seem to frolick with the industry usually marks the top

so those who think it’s easy to just breeze in, make some dough and breeze out would see the reality that it’s not as simple as they thought

there are periods of downturns and unfavorable conditions in this space

and only those who are really committed and devoted will make it through

it’s during that moment that you’ll know those who are really committed to the grind

as always, most will leave when the storm comes

it’s always been that way in every bull run, be it the altcoins, shitcoins run of 2021 and 2024, the solana NFT run of 2022

if you were here in September 2023 during the $tip era, you’d understand what I mean

after distributing 4 figs to the top yappers then, we had an insane wave of web2 folks come in

but when the other projects who tried to replicate failed, most of them left and went back to their previous spots

so it’s simple, whenever we have a period of common wins, it leads to an influx from web2 folks

it’s evident the caldera wins are the catalyst for the current influx, and everyone’s hoping they can replicate the same airdrop wins on @cysic_xyz

but it’s only a matter of time before everything and everyone resets

so you build the necessary connections and you’d make bread no matter what meta there is

engage with influencers and get on their radar, you can even send DMs for them to engage your X posts

also engage fellow accounts and build yours to a level where you can easily gain mindshare and yaps

drop valuable contents, doesn’t matter if you’re a small account

get your X verification - blue, it gives you more visibility
