French media: A suspected attempted kidnapping of the daughter of a CEO of an encryption company occurred on the streets of Paris.

According to reports, a 34-year-old woman, suspected to be the daughter of a certain Crypto Assets company CEO, was the target of an attempted kidnapping by three masked men on Pache Street in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. The suspects appeared on the street in a van marked with the Chronopost logo, attempting to forcibly take her away, during which her partner fought back and was beaten. Eyewitnesses reported that a child, about two years old, was also present and appeared to be affected by tear gas. The Paris prosecutor's office has handed the case over to the Gang Crime Unit (BRB), which recently handled a kidnapping case involving a Crypto Assets background.
