Seoul Web3 Developer Conference: 500,000 HSK prize incentive for innovation in four major tracks

From March 28 to 30, a developer conference themed around building a compliance-safe Web3 financial ecosystem will be held in Seoul, South Korea. This hackathon is aimed at global developers, innovators, and Web3 enthusiasts, featuring four main competition tracks that cover key areas of the ecosystem.

Competition Track

1. PayFi: Committed to exploring cross-border payment protocols, physical asset tokenization, and AI quantitative strategies, aiming to build a compliant bridge connecting traditional finance and Web3.

2. Social: focus on developing social communication tools, decentralized content platforms, or community governance models, with the goal of creating a dedicated social layer for large user groups.

3. AI Agent: Focused on developing on-chain information butlers, asset management assistants, or developer smart collaboration tools, achieving "zero-threshold" Web3 interaction through AI agents.

4. AI Infra: Encourage developers to create VS Code plugins, data availability components, or build integration toolkits with mainstream AI frameworks to gain ecological advantages through infrastructure.

Rewards and Support

This event has established a reward fund totaling 500,000 HSK, including 6 award categories. Winning projects not only have the opportunity to receive substantial financial support and professional guidance but can also deeply participate in ecological construction, engaging in in-depth cooperation with the official team and industry partners.

In addition, generous red envelope rewards were prepared at the event site, and participating developers all have a chance to receive them.

Talent Recruitment Plan

The organizer sincerely invites global developers to join its talent pool. Successfully selected developers will receive token rewards and exclusive NFTs. Participation methods include:

• Sign up to participate in the hackathon and check in on site.
• For developers who are unable to attend in person, the organizers will evaluate their GitHub profiles and examine their contributions to relevant open source projects.

This event has received support from several local developer communities and projects in South Korea, with a particular focus on areas such as PayFi, physical assets, and stablecoins. Currently, over 10 communities and projects have reached cooperation agreements. Additionally, a well-known digital wallet service provider will also participate as a special sponsor.

Future Events

The organizer stated that three similar hackathon events will be held this year. In addition, a sharing session will be held in Taipei on April 1, welcoming developers and enthusiasts who are interested to participate.
