This round of financing was led by Kleiner Perkins, with participation from Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Sequoia Capital, Index Ventures, and Charlie Cheever, resulting in a post-financing company valuation of $900 million. Harmonic mainly focuses on developing software verification and code verification functions based on mathematical superintelligence (MSI), with applications covering industries such as blockchain and financial services. It is worth mentioning that Harmonic raised $75 million in its Series A financing in September last year.
