Jin10 reported on July 2 that Navitas Semiconductor today announced a strategic partnership with Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. to produce gallium nitride (GaN) products using Powerchip's 8-inch 0.18-micron process.

Wentai Technology will focus on releasing new semiconductor products this year, especially high-value part numbers, accelerating the pace of new product launches. The construction of the company's 8-inch SiC and GaN production lines has been completed, and the release of analog chip products centered around AI power and automotive applications is being expedited. It is expected that by the end of 2025, the company will achieve mass production of over 200 analog chip part numbers.
