On January 26th, 2021, according to Jin10.com, by 2024, Guangdong province will achieve three increases in grain planting area, yield per unit area and total production, with a planting area of 33.551 million mu for grain crops, an increase of 109,000 mu over the previous year; a yield per unit area of 391.5 kg/mu, an increase of 7.2 kg/mu over the previous year; and a total output of 13.134 million tons, an increase of 282,000 tons over the previous year, reaching a historical high since 2006.
