The committee will take on this mission by evaluating and approving proposed upgrades, managing emergency responses, and maintaining transparent reporting. The committee's responsibilities balance security and operational transparency, including: Security risk assessment: Evaluate the proposed upgrade of the Starknet core contracts to identify potential vulnerabilities; Emergency response: In emergency situations, immediate action can be taken with the approval of 75% of the committee's votes; Approval process: Authorized upgrade after thorough security review, requiring at least 50% committee approval; Transparency: Publish reports on approved, rejected, and emergency decisions to maintain trust within the Starknet community.
