According to a report from Jin10 on July 24, TrendForce's latest survey indicates that the overall Server market is stabilizing, with ODMs focusing on the development of AI Servers. Starting from the second quarter, they have gradually begun to increase the production of new platform products such as NVIDIA's GB200 Rack and HGX B200 based on the Blackwell architecture, while the updated B300 and GB300 series have entered the sample validation stage. Therefore, TrendForce estimates that this year Blackwell GPUs will account for over 80% of NVIDIA's high-end GPU shipments. In addition, as shipments of GB200/GB300 Racks are set to expand in 2025, the adoption rate of liquid cooling solutions for high-end AI chips is continuously rising.
