Core Scientific planea emitir $500 millones de notas convertibles preferentes

ChainCatcher News, Core Scientific has sold $500 million worth of 2031 convertible senior notes to qualified institutional buyers in a private placement. Core Scientific also intends to grant the initial purchasers of the notes the right to purchase additional options for settlement within 13 days (including the day of the initial issuance) of the notes, with a maximum additional purchase of $75 million principal.
